Blend. Add the soft dates to the food processor and blend until they form a paste. Then add the walnuts, hemp seeds, tahini, maple syrup, ¼ cup cocoa powder and salt. Blend until it forms a sticky dough.
Roll. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop out about 18-20 rounds. Then roll each one into round balls.
Decorate. Put remaining cocoa powder, hemp seeds and/or sesame seeds on small plates or shallow bowls and roll each ball in the cocoa powder, hemp seeds or sesame seeds until fully coated. You can also sift the cocoa powder (using a mesh strainer) over the formed balls. Enjoy!
