Season: Place cauliflower in a bowl, add oil and seasonings. Stir to coat evenly.
Spread out cauliflower on a lined baking sheet in a single layer. Make sure not to crowd the cauliflower.
Roast 25-40 minutes based on desired crispiness. Make sure to keep an eye on it if you're roasting it closer to 40 minutes so it doesn't burn. Enjoy!
