Combine water and sugar in a small pot,add rosemary sprigs. Let the mixture simmer until the sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
Remove the rosemary springs, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
