Notes
This oatmeal bake is not super sweet. Feel free to add more sweetener if you’d like. I generally make the bake less sweet and add maple syrup upon serving if I want it to be sweeter. PREP AHEAD: This is a great make-ahead recipe, simply prepare per the recipe, store in an airtight container and reheat in the microwave later!LEFTOVERS/STORAGE: Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for 4-6 days. NUTRITION NOTES: Nutrition information is calculated with one tablespoon maple syrup as a garnish. This oatmeal bake is a great source of fiber. It is a fairly carb-heavy meal, so keep portion sizes in mind and pair with some fat/protein. I like to have a slice of oatmeal bake with some yogurt or scrambled eggs. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with fresh mint and a drizzle of maple syrup. It’s also great with yogurt or almond butter.
