PREP AHEAD: This can be prepared ahead time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. LEFTOVERS/STORAGE: I like to store in the same jar I made it in (less dishes!) and mason jars are great for storing dressings and sauces.NUTRITION NOTES: Apple cider vinegar with “the mother” contains strands of proteins, enzymes and beneficial bacteria. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Use as a salad dressing for just about any salad. And try it with our Roasted Pears and Parsnips!
