5-Minute Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing: Tips, Tricks, and Tools
Use fresh thyme if you can, but dried thyme will also work. For dried thyme, use about ½ teaspoon instead.
Use unfiltered apple cider vinegar: Using ACV with “the mother” provides beneficial bacteria for a healthy gut. I recommend gently shaking the bottle to loosen up the sediment on the bottom.

5-minute Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ideally with "the mother" - unfiltered
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar or small bowl, shake or whisk together and enjoy!
