Nutrition Services
Are you confused with all the conflicting messages about what to eat and how to care for your body?

Are you wanting to establish nourishing habits that actually make sense in your life?
You can find peace with food, nourish your unique body and free up valuable time and energy for what really aligns with your values.
Stop obsessing about food and find peace and connection
I provide virtual 1:1 non-diet nutrition therapy, body image healing, and intuitive eating coaching to help you heal your relationship with food and find lasting peace, balance, connection, health, and - ultimately - freedom.
Do you find yourself thinking:
- “I’m terrified of gaining weight.”
- “I don’t know how to listen to or trust my body.”
- “I’m so sick of dieting.”
- “I can’t keep sugar in the house.”
- “I don’t want to think about food all day anymore.”
- “I feel guilty after eating.”
- “I’ve spent so much time trying to “fix” my eating habits and my body, but nothing has worked.”
- “I’m tired of being all ‘on’ or all ‘off’.”
- “I want peace with food and exercise.”
- “I’m scared to eat x food. Isn’t it bad?”
I take a gentle approach with nutrition, supporting my clients in learning how to nourish themselves with intention, connection and freedom to move toward a place of enjoying the pleasure of food — all while deepening their self-compassion through the process.
It is possible to get to a place where you can eat what you want, feel free around food, and feel good in your body.
Food represents joy, memories, emotions, & comfort. All of this becomes more complicated as we rely on external factors on what to eat, but it doesn't have to be. There’s no need to preoccupy your mind with restrictive diets and exercise when there’s so much life to live.
It’s possible to let go of rigidity and control of what you believe you should be eating, and find a simpler, more connected and intuitive way of life.
My philosophy is aligned with Health at Every Size®; so while I don’t provide weight loss services, I always hold space for any size or weight concerns that you have, and offer support and guidance as you work toward a more positive relationship with food and your body. I also love supporting people on their journey to freedom from chronic dieting and disordered eating.
One-on-one nutrition counseling
I’ll help you move away from dieting, get out of the all-or-nothing mentality, and break free from the diet-binge-guilt cycle.
Through our work, you’ll build more self-awareness, reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom, learn to trust yourself again, and feel comfortable and confident in your body - no matter what it’s size.
In our sessions, you will begin to unlearn diet culture and learn to tune into your body and how you want to nourish and take care of your body while moving away from a place of fear and rigidity and toward peace, body connection, and intuition.
And because nutrition doesn’t exist in a vacuum, I also work with my clients on other health-promoting behaviors and goals such as intuitive eating, joyful movement, quality sleep, stress management, and more.
All of our sessions are held on a secure tele-health platform, which allows us to work with clients from the comfort of their own home. For answers to many common questions about our services, visit our FAQ page.
"Libby is a highly trained and informed professional across all aspects of food, nutrition, the psychological aspects of eating, together with a grounded knowledge of food, that expands into seasonal nutrition and food waste ... she gave me science that allowed me to discover my natural hunger, and to relate to food, not in a diet-addiction way, but in a nourishing, happy way ... she challenged and corrected my assertions that were created long ago. But it was easy, so easy. She was a joy to deal with, a natural ability to give me just enough information to help me, but not too much that I became obsessed with it ... My journey also became less about ‘losing’ and ‘exercising’ and more about fun nourishing recipes and the wind on my face as I ran up hills."
