Non-Diet Sustainable Nutrition Program

Do you want to eat better for yourself and the planet, but don't want strict rules?

This online group program is for anyone who wants to eat and live more sustainably without any diet culture nonsense.

How can sustainable eating be anti-diet?

Everyone deserves access to affordable, nutrient-dense, safe and culturally appropriate food.

And while sustainable eating is extremely complex and involves more than just individual people, I believe we can all work together to create a more equitable, sustainable and healthful food system for all, starting in our own kitchens.

You deserve to learn about sustainable eating, health and nutrition without being inundated with weight loss advice and fear-mongering about certain foods or ways of eating.

        Early in her career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Libby realized that health and nutrition aren't just about food. They're also about your relationship with food and the health of our planet.

        Libby helps her clients develop a peaceful relationship with food and eat in a way that supports a healthy planet without fear-mongering or diet culture.
