Digging around our fridge we’re almost always sure to find hummus, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. So our odds-and-ends pizza of choice is a Mediterranean Naan Pizza. So good!
Have some sad looking veggies on hand? Chop em’ up and make a naan pizza. Mix it up to make it your own! Add some capers, try spinach or kale over basil, or add goat cheese instead of feta. Add tomatoes or go for pizza classic with a fresh tomato sauce.

- 3 tablespoons hummus we like spicy red pepper
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes
- ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes sliced
- ¼ cup olives optional
- feta cheese for garnish
- 1 handful basil julienne, for garnish
- red pepper flakes for garnish
