So I created this quick and easy 5-minute Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing!

Tools: you’ll either need a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid or a bowl with a whisk.

Use fresh thyme if you can, but dried thyme will also work. For dried thyme, use about ½ teaspoon instead.

Use unfiltered apple cider vinegar: Using ACV with “the mother” provides beneficial bacteria for a healthy gut. I recommend gently shaking the bottle to loosen up the sediment on the bottom.

We hope you love this 5-Minute Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing!

It’s quick, simple, and the perfect topping for just about any salad or veggie-based side dish.
